Refunds & Cancellation

Each payment of $1.99 buys 30 days of Pro. It does not renew automatically. There is no recurring billing to cancel. To continue after expiry, make a new payment. Existing purchases sold as lifetime access remain grandfathered.

Pro begins when your captured payment is recorded. Sign in with the email used at checkout and a six-digit email code to claim it. Once attached, you can use Story Studio and other Pro features until the displayed expiry.

Because it is digital and available instantly, it is considered delivered as soon as you can use it — not when a page is published.

We will refund you in these situations:

• You paid and Pro never activated. Either we fix it or we refund it — your choice.
• You were charged twice for the same thing. The duplicate is refunded in full.
• You were charged but the payment failed on your side and the money still left your account.
• Pro is broken in a way that stops you using what you paid for, and we cannot fix it in reasonable time.

Other refund requests are reviewed case by case. Your statutory rights still apply.

Pro unlocks instantly and cannot be handed back, so a change of mind after you have used it is not automatically refundable. We are not promising a no-questions-asked refund, because promising one and then declining would be worse than saying this plainly.

We may also decline where a purchase is being used abusively — chargeback fraud, or buying repeatedly to abuse refunds.

Get in touch through the contact page with the email address you paid with and roughly when you paid. That is enough to find the payment — please do not send card details, and we will never ask for them.

Current refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and your bank. Legacy Stripe payments are refunded through Stripe.

We will acknowledge your request as soon as we can; no guaranteed response time is offered.

The refunded purchase no longer counts toward Pro access. If another valid paid term or grandfathered purchase remains, that access is unaffected. Pages already published stay available; a refund does not delete them.
